Today was a chill day (responsibility wise && temperature wise), so I wanted a casual outfit. I love heels (I own more heels than flats) so I decided I wanted to wear a pair so my outfit wouldn't be too casual (and besides, flats && thigh-highs are boring *blows raspberry*).
